Childcare support, shaped around your family
Thoughtful matching & placement
I take the time to understand your family, your rhythm, and what truly matters within your home.
Each introduction is carefully considered, with the intention that it already feels aligned before you even meet.
€150 initial fee
€200 upon placement (part-time)
€450 upon placement (full-time)
Initial fee is paid before matching begins. Placement fee is due when a match is confirmed. Placement fee reflects the scope of the role: part-time or full-time.
Flexible & occasional support
For moments where you need an extra pair of hands, a few hours, an evening, or recurring weekly support.
The focus is on finding someone you can trust, so it feels easy and natural when you need it.
€12 - €17/hour - paid directly to your caregiver
Coordination fee from €20 per booking - paid to Nurtured Roots
Ongoing access & further support
Ideal for families who want easy, ongoing access to a trusted network of caregivers. When plans change or extra support is needed, there is already a foundation in place.
Caregivers are supported through continued learning and development.
€29 / month
Holiday & short-term care
For families visiting Ericeira (and surroundings) or needing care for a limited time.
I arrange support that fits into your stay, from a single evening, to a longer visit. This way you can feel present without it taking away from your time here.
